This surreal title is a unity-based game that has transitions that don't make sense and an overall message that seems untranslatable. Combined, it just seems like a group of experimental exercises that the developer chose to try out to prevent getting rusty.The Next Door starts off as you staring at a woman's nether-region before playing as a sperm in a d*ck (and no, I'm not joking...). After that, you get a hint on your phone from your booty-call to solve another puzzle. After solving a maze, you end up in an office with another puzzle. You're then trapped in a room (your house?) before drowning in a dark area while watching too much TV. Then you find god or something? I guess the interpretation of this game is that if you're depressed (from sex and office work) then praying to God is supposed to help you find enlightenment?The puzzles are simple, though there are a few areas where you will find yourself frustrated. One being an area that expects you to see in the dark (or else you die...yeah, one of "those"...) and the final puzzle which requires guessing unless you know the elemental triangles, which I certainly didn't...Overall, this game just doesn't deliver a satisfactory performance.
